Claire has been a certified athletic trainer since 2015. She joined the H2F team in September 2023 and is excited to share her experience with sports medicine and help service members return to full strength after injury.
Claire was born and raised right here in Anchorage and pursued her degree in athletic training at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA where she spent a season with Robert Morris University Football. After returning home to Alaska, she spent 6 years as the head athletic trainer at Service High School and 8 seasons as the head athletic trainer for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. Most recently she worked closely with leading edge physical therapists at a local outpatient physical therapy clinic.
When she’s not at work you can find her skiing the slopes of Alyeska in the winter, or fishing and hiking in the summer.
