2/11 BDE SPEAR2 PROGRAM

The SpartanH2F SPEAR2 Program is designed to expedite and optimize the return to duty (RTD) process for injured and/or reconditioning 2/11 Paratroopers, ensuring effective integration into normal unit physical training (PT) and mitigating risk of reinjury IAW 2/11 IBCT(A) SPEAR2 SOP, 11th ABN DIV PAM 600-11, and FM 7-22.
