H2F classes/clinics are great training opportunities for both groups and individuals of all training backgrounds to learn from human performance experts.
ALL H2F classes and education can be scheduled at the unit level by following the instructions below.

Teaches the Soldier deadlifting technique and programming principles in order to optimize training and combat-related tasks.
Teaches the Soldier how to improve hip, knee, and ankle function in order to dominate tasks like rucking, running, and jumping.
Teaches the Soldier to build systems around the shoulder, spine, and chest to provide a stable base to move from in tasks like dragging, pulling, carrying, and rucking.
Teaches the Soldier to build systems around the lower back and hips to make the core function as a resilient and robust unit. This will help the Soldier with tasks like rucking and lifting.
Designed to teach SMs how to efficiently learn the material required for passing the White Slip Test and storing that material into long-term memory for Jump Master School, and how to develop confidence and reduce anxiety with taking tests.
Teaches the Soldier the basics of running technique to maximize performance and mitigate injury risk.
How to cognitively navigate unpredictable changes during performance situations. SMs will learn the Mental Performance Cycle and how to use it to regulate and manage their thoughts, emotions, and actions.
Entry level mental training and exploration of imagery. SMs will learn the different types of imagery, acquisition experience with forms of imagery, and how to practice a basic imagery training session to increase readiness.
Further training can be tailored to unit-specific needs upon request!
