Zachary Zemliak was born in Southern California and raised in what seems like an endless amount of sports arenas, including tracks, fields, and pools. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, where he also played water polo at the Division I level. His experiences as both an athlete and coach lead him to an understanding that peak performance hinges on well-roundedness. This led him to complete a Master's of Science in Sports and Human Performance Psychology at Adler University.
As a Mental Performance Consultant, Zachary has dedicated his career to working with athletes and performers at various levels and in a multitude of areas. This has included youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, as well as, the tactical population in the Army.
Having recently moved to the Anchorage area, you can likely find Zachary enjoying the Alaskan winter and training for his next endurance adventure.
