Cody Vongprachanh is a certified strength and conditioning coach (CSCS). His first love is track and field. Fueled by his desire to become faster, he went to school at Grand Valley State University and received his B.S. in Exercise Science. Since then, he has used his knowledge and experience to coach track and field from the middle school level up to DIII collegiate level. He has also dabbled in strength and conditioning (S&C) while in college at the high school level, which inspired him to first become a personal trainer and eventually a certified S&C coach. With 4 years of experience working with the general population, and over a year as a H2F S&C coach at Fort Bliss, Cody is excited to continue his work with H2F at JBER supporting 211th. A fun fact about Cody is that he has been to 6 countries outside of North America. His running personal records include 400m (52.91), 5k (18:59), half marathon (1:31), marathon (3:37).Â
